TIPS ON PERSONAL HEALTH CARE

1. HAIR
Never forget to wash your hair with shampoo, but keep in mind that some shampoos may not be appropriate for your type of hair. Remember to find the right kind of shampoo. You can find the information from  the label on the bottle. Some shampoos may not be appropriate for particular hair. You nneed to know the kind of hair you have, so you can choose the right type of shampoo.

2. MOUTH AND TEETH
Your mouth is important for communicating with people and your teeth are very important for eating. Taking good care of your mouth and teeth regulary can help avoid problems such as bad breath. Brush yout teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before you go to bed. Choose fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities holes in your teeth.

3. HANDS
You do a lot of things with your hands, including eating. Make sure you wash your hands before eating. Dirty hands have germs that might cause a stomachache. Never forget to keep your nails short and clean. Clip them with a nail clipper and brush them with a nailbrush regulary.


Conclusion :
You must take care of your hair, mouth and theeth, and your hands. You should use the right type of shampoo. Brush your theeth at least twice a day. Choose fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities holes in your teeth. Wash your hands before eating.
